Woburn Abbey Antiques Centre offers one of the most interesting collections of quality art and antiques outside of London, selected and presented by over 30 well-established dealers in the Abbey’s elegant 18th century South Court.

John Bly presents ‘The Age of Victoria and the Great Exhibition of 1851’

John Bly’s talk covers the development of Victorian antiques across the board from machine production to the Arts and Craft movement. This period saw great advances in technology and wealth for the British Empire. John gives you a great insight this era and its important effects, which we can still appreciate today.

A morning event, these are informative presentations for a limited number of 40 people for approximately 3 hours (including 30 minute interval) and includes a Q&A session.
