Sampler by Elizabeth Part once amongst the Anne Sebba’s collection.
Anne Sebba was the author of ““Sampler’s Five Centuries of a Gentle Art”” Elizabeth sewed it when she was just 9 years old, in 1803, using cross stich on a fairly closely tabby woven cloth.
