Booking Your Visit
Please contact us on 01525 290333 to discuss your visit and to book or via email to groups@woburn.co.uk. Alternatively, please use the Woburn groups booking form. Once returned to us, the Groups Bookings Department will contact you to confirm your booking.
Group Booking Benefits
- Discounted admission entry
- Special offer for the Woburn experience joint ticket: Book guided tours for your visit to Woburn Abbey and a guide on your coach for your visit to Woburn Safari Park and receive 10% discount on the combined guide cost
- The Woburn Experience joint ticket enables groups to experiences Woburn Safari Park and Woburn Abbey and Gardens on the same day. Or visit both locations once each during the season on different days.
- Free organiser’s pre-visit - telephone the Groups Booking Department on 01525 290333 to make a preparatory visit for your group
- Free entry for the group organiser and coach drivers
- £10 coach driver’s voucher for use onsite at restaurant and retail shops
- Refreshments and meals including Afternoon Tea available at discounted rates when pre-booked
Payment
- A group is 15 or more paying visitors on a coach or minibus
- For the Woburn Experience everyone on the coach or minibus must be booked onto this joint ticket
- Guided and non-guided visits must be pre-booked. Any group not pre-booked will be charged the regular admission rates
- Please note that an additional charge applies for groups wanting to do Go Ape! Please call 0845 643 9215 to discuss your booking as prices, dates and times are subject to availability

Whether you want a hot meal, a snack, afternoon tea or an overnight stay there are many different options for group bookings at Woburn. Group lunches can be booked in the Safari Restaurant, Duchess Tea Room or at the award-winning Olivier’s Restaurant at the Inn at Woburn.
