Activity Areas

There are a number of activities to enjoy once you reach the Foot Safari, all of which are included in your admission price. There are also places to buy your souvenirs in the Junglies Gift Shop or the Trading Post and have a food and drink stop in either the Safari or the Two By Two Restaurant.

Mammoth Play Ark

Mammoth Play Ark is an indoor soft play adventure area for children of all ages. We have three slides to try, the red and blue are for the more adventurous children! Don't worry about the toddlers as they have their own under 5's soft play area.

NB: long sleeves, trousers and socks MUST be worn on the red and blue slides at all times. Height restrictions apply to the slides - 1m blue slide, 1.2m red slide.

Bobcat Run

This is an outdoor six lane slide for adults and children (over 1.2m in height).

Regretfully, if it is raining the slide cannot run due to health and safety, however there are indoor slides in the Mammoth Play Ark as an alternative.

Swan Boats

Glide out on the water in our popular swan themed pedal boats. Each Swan can seat a maximum of 5 people and trips are approximately 10 minutes.

Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Great Woburn Railway

Enjoy a ride around the Wild World Leisure Area and through the Bactrian Camel paddock. See if you can spot the Somali Wild Ass, Addax and Grevy Zebra on your journey round.

The train departs from Bison Halt Station, please see the daily timetable and map for departure times. On peak days please arrive early at the station to avoid disappointment.

Tiny Tots Safari Trial

Toddlers only bouncy play area, located adjacent to Junglies Gift Shop. The bouncy castles are supervised at all times and ONLY under 5's will be allowed to play.

NB: shoes must be removed before entering the castles.

Tree Tops Action Trail

Wooden tree top walk ways to be explored by all the family. For anyone over 1.2m there are zip wires to use.

Badger Valley Toddlers Play Area

An unsupervised outdoor mini play area for under 5's including, a seesaw, climbing tower and slide.

Outdoor Adventure Play Area

For the older children, this is an unsupervised play area.

Carts & Kiosks

In the On Foot Safari area you are never far from a cart or kiosk that sells a range of ice creams, soft drinks and other snacks.

Group Lunches

The Safari Restaurant offers you the chance to enjoy a relaxing meal or light snack. Group lunches must be pre-booked in the Safari Restaurant to ensure availability - there is a discount of 10% for pre-booked groups of 25 people or more.
