I am just writing to say what a wonderful time my son and I had on your VIP Primate Experience last week. I understand that we were on the inaugural tour but I was so impressed with the professionalism and care taken by your staff in ensuring we had a fantastic experience.

From the very start of the tour, the keeper (Bob) was keen to find out what we were hoping to get out of the tour and made sure that he tailored the experience so that this was achieved. Getting close to the squirrel monkeys and particularly the Limas is an experience my son (and I) will never forget. I have rarely seen such joy on his face as when he was feeding the Lemurs their breakfast and the keepers were enthusiastic and willing to answer all his questions about the primates we saw.

Moving into the open areas of the Safari Park, Laura told us a huge amount of interesting information about the different primates we saw and we really felt like all the keepers were happy to be showing us the animals they clearly care for a great deal.

I think one of the most telling points was that, throughout the day as we toured the park at our leisure, all the keepers that we had met earlier were kind enough to remember us and to continue to ask if we were having a good day. This certainly added to our feeling of being VIP's within the park which was lovely.

In summary, the VIP Primate Experience was a truly wonderful morning, spent getting closer to the animals than we had dared to hope. Feeding and stroking the Lemurs was such a thrill for my son that he hasn't been able to stop talking about it to anyone he meets! We would have no hesitation in recommending this experience to anyone who has always wanted to get closer to primates and I hope that I can bring other members of my family and friends to repeat the experience later in the year.
