New World Winery Dinner with Ryan Morgan of Rathbone Wine Group

We are delighted to welcome international wine expert Ryan Morgan of Rathbone Wine Group to the Inn for an evening of fine food and wine.

Our Executive Chef Olivier Bertho has created a delightful artisan dinner with each course accompanied by a carefully selected wine to compliment each dish. Ryan will introduce fine wines from the wine estate of Yering station, Mount Langhi Ghiran and Xanadu Estate covering three of Australia’s unique cool-climate regions renowned for their quality and distinct character.
